How it works ?

SyncMyCal Mobile can be installed on your Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) and helps you synchronize your Google Calendar™ calendaring service with Pocket Outlook calendar. SyncMyCal Mobile application can be accessed from the Start menu of the PDA. Synchronization can be initiated by selecting the Synchronize option.

SyncMyCal for Personal Use

• Create events in your Google Calendar™ calendaring service (or in PDA’s Outlook® Calendar).
• Publish your Google Calendar™ calendaring service information in PDA’s Outlook® Calendar (or vice versa) using SyncMyCal Mobile.
• Access your PDA Outlook® Calendar to view your meeting schedule anytime anywhere.

• Create events in your PDA’s Outlook® Calendar.
• Publish your PDA’s Outlook® Calendar
  information in Google Calendar™ calendaring service using SyncMyCal Mobile.
• Provide access to your friends and family by sharing your Google Calendar™ calendaring service with them.
• Let your friends and family download
  your schedule to their PDA Outlook®
  Calendar using SyncMyCal Mobile.

Tip:  Your friends and family can also download your schedule directly to their PC Outlook® Calendar using SyncMyCal. In case they use both SyncMyCal as well as SyncMyCal Mobile to synchronize your Google Calendar™ calendaring service to their PC Outlook® Calendar and Pocket Outlook® calendar respectively, they should not use Microsoft ActiveSync®.

SyncMyCal for Official Use

• Team members who are traveling
  create/edit/delete events in their Pocket
  Outlook in their PDAs
• Traveling team members synchronize
  their PDA Outlook® Calendar information with the common on Google Calendar™ calendaring service team calendar using SyncMyCal Mobile
• Team members in the office can
  synchronize event information with the
  team calendar to the local copy of
  their team’s calendar in their PC Outlook® using SyncMyCal.
• Besides, all team members can download the Google Team Calendar’s event information to their PDA using SyncMyCal Mobile

• Company Administrator, HR or other
  employees with permissions can create
  corporate events in Outlook® Calendar
• Publish Corporate calendar to Google Calendar™ calendaring service using SyncMyCal
• Provide access to the company employees by sharing your corporate calendar on Google Calendar™ calendaring service
• Employees download the organization
  event information from the Google
  corporate calendar to their Pocket
  Outlook calendar using SyncMyCal Mobile
